Responding to a Counterclaim
The Claimant must respond to a counterclaim in the same way that a Defendant must respond to a claim.
Again, the time limit is 14 days but from receiving the counterclaim.
The range of responses are the same as those in Responding to a Claim at hearing ‘(2)’ above.
