Reply to the Defence
The Claimant can file a reply to the Defendant’s defence, which he must do along with the allocation questionnaire, which we will come to shortly.
Unlike a Defence, the Claimant does not have to file a Reply to a defence and if there is no reply this does not mean the Claimant admits the defence.
